Service Profitability Program (SPP) – RFC will conduct an on-site assessment of service operations to identify five or six key areas for improvement. Benchmarks will be determined, and an implementation plan specific to your shop’s needs will be provided. Monthly follow-up conference calls will be conducted for six months to track progress and make adjustments as necessary. You can be assured that operational improvements achieved will be sustained over the long term.
Measuring Service Productivity – Based on coded time allowances for specific job operations, measure shop productivity as well as technician productivity.
Service Management Seminars – A variety of programs are available (2-hour, half-day and full-day) specific to managing the HME service department for results.
Technical Seminars – Courses on powered and manual rehab chairs are offered on a variety of topics from one-hour to full-day.
Sales Rep Seminars – For the manufacturer, knowing how to position your company’s products to the repair technician can help you earn preference for your brand.
Tech Writing – Service/repair manuals and other tech publications are written specifically for the intended audience to maximize compliance with following proper service procedures. Photos and graphics are provided.
Product Testing – Evaluate respiratory and mobility products for key issues such serviceability, anticipated problem areas, quality of design and manufacture.Surveys – Conduct focused surveys on HME/Rehab service-related topics, with detailed analysis and report.
E-Conferences – Portions of the material offered in RFC Seminars are available in e-conference format to reach a broad audience.
Expert Witness – In an injury lawsuit involving HME or Rehab mobility products, Fuller can serve as expert witness and provide forensic consultation and incident analysis.
