Profile

Dick Fuller has over 27 years experience in the HME industry with an emphasis in powered wheelchair technology and service management.  He has held positions in product management, training and education, service management and quality assurance.  He has an extensive background as an instructor and seminar facilitator, teaching tech and service management seminars nationally for MED Group, Mulholland, Everest & Jennings and LaBac.  Fuller has served as expert witness in injury lawsuits involving HME products.  Fuller is an active member of the National Association of Service Managers (NASM). 

In Fuller's pre-HME industry career, his positions included Test Engineer in the motorcycle industry, Director of Marketing and Repair at a Cessna dealership, and Service Manager at a motorcycle dealership.
 
Fuller earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing from California State University, Northridge and has completed post-grad courses in service management at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
